What payment options are there?
When you place an order, you can choose from the following payment options: iDEAL, PayPal, or a regular bank transfer. Your payment is handled by our payment provider Mollie. Will you pick up the order? Then you can also choose to pay for the order in the store.
What is iDEAL?
iDEAL is online payment via your own telebanking system at home. Participating banks in the iDeal banking system are ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, ASN Bank, Knab, Regiobank, Triodos bank and Van Lanschot. With iDeal you pay in your trusted internet payment environment based on specific security methods of your own bank. iDEAL is not available outside the Netherlands!
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a worldwide used payment method, which is linked to your e-mail address(es). By entering your e-mail address and the associated security code you can transfer money from your PayPal account or deposit it into your PayPal account. You can make the payment with your PayPal account. For this you need a PayPal account/account, which you can open at www.paypal.nl. Opening a PayPal account is free, safe and reliable. PayPal accounts are available to both businesses and consumers.
Payments via iDeal and Paypal are the fastest; payment by transfer can take several days. As soon as your payment has been credited to our bank account, we will ship your order.

Delivery time?
All items in the store have a price, are normally available from stock*. The only exceptions are items that can be pre-ordered or on backorder (still available from my suppliers). Your order will be processed by us immediately upon receipt. Your order will be delivered in advance within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. On average, delivery takes 2 working days after receipt of payment. The transit times to all other countries except Germany and BeNeLux may differ and/or be longer. *(Errors and omissions excepted)
PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 17:00. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a message or you will receive a collection message from the collection location later. Your shipment will be stored there for 7 days and then sent back to us. If this happens and we have to send your order again, we will charge these costs and will not ship until we have received this payment.
All deliveries to countries outside the EU are free of duties and taxes, i.e. all relevant import duties and regulations are borne by the customer.
VAT (EU):
In the shopping cart, the VAT is calculated in accordance with Dutch tax legislation.
